Jessica Merriam

PRESIDENT, INTELLIGENCE SOLUTIONS

As the President of our Intelligence Solutions business unit, Jessica is responsible for overseeing the team that provides commercial and customized technology solutions, systems, applications, and software capabilities to our mission customers. Jessica brings a potent blend of tactical knowledge, mission understanding, and strategic perspective to the SilverEdge team. Her primary focus is operational excellence and leading the business unit's goals for innovation and growth.

Before joining SilverEdge, Jessica served as Executive Director of Intelligence Community Programs at a large defense contracting prime, where she led the success, performance, and growth of one of its major IDIQs with an intelligence community partner. Prior to this, she served as a Deputy Senior Director on the National Security Council in the White House where she led policy coordination between the Intelligence Community and Interagency stakeholders to address some of our nation’s most pressing national security challenges.

Jessica transitioned to the private sector following a successful, 20+ year military career, the majority of which saw her assigned to tactical units in the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and serving in leadership roles at all levels. She is a combat veteran whose exceptional service has been recognized with the Defense Superior Service Medal, the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star, and multiple other awards.

Jessica received a Bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and holds professional certificates from Stanford University, Harvard, and Georgetown.
