Steve plays an instrumental role in the M&A due diligence and integration activities required to execute SilverEdge’s long-term growth strategy and scale our position in key markets.

Throughout his career, Steve has successfully aligned finance organizations with overall operating goals. He most recently served as the Director of Business Finance at Serco-North America, where he provided financial oversight and strategic guidance for their Federal Civilian Services Business Unit. Prior to that, he held the position of Corporate Controller for Illuminate and SC3, both private equity-sponsored government contractors providing mission support and technology solution services to the federal defense, intelligence, and civil markets. Steve’s professional history also includes various financial leadership roles at ASRC Federal Holding Company and Lockheed Martin.
