Emily is a highly experienced executive with almost 25 years of experience in the government contracting industry. Throughout her career, she’s built a strong reputation as a leader in various areas such as human resources, talent management, total rewards administration, human capital management, M&A, corporate communications, and operational management.
Before joining SilverEdge, Emily held senior leadership roles at firms such as EverWatch, Ventech Solutions, Enlighten IT Consulting (subsequently Alion), and KeyW (subsequently Jacobs). There, she built and led high-performing teams, becoming known as a thought leader with a passion for driving innovation and delivering results.
Emily received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College and Bachelor’s degrees in both Biology and Speech and Communications from Capital University.
