As a seasoned business development executive with over 20 years of experience in the government contracting industry, Jeremy brings a wealth of expertise to his role as SilverEdge’s Chief Growth Officer (CGO). Jeremy is responsible for developing and implementing the company's go-to-market strategy, creating differentiated offerings, and driving transformative organic growth. He leads all enterprise-wide business development activities, ensuring SilverEdge's growth strategy is aligned with external market dynamics and customer needs.

Before joining SilverEdge, Jeremy held various leadership roles in business development, capture, proposals, and operational management. As the Vice President of Strategic Programs at Trace Systems where he was responsible for all new business growth within the Federal market and the executive leader of Mission Partner programs. Prior to Trace, he served as the President and Owner of Potomac Consulting Solutions and President and COO of The Schiff Group LLC, where he led all aspects of growth and operations for government, industry, federal, and commercial markets. He formerly was a Vice President with Engility Corporation, where he led a team of 400+ professionals responsible for providing mission-focused systems engineering, cyber, and ISR analysis to the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps.

Jeremy’s experience is further complemented by the leadership skills he developed during his service as a Cryptologist (CTR) in the Navy during Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.
